The Hummingbird Society had their first Sedona Hummingbird Festival this year in beautiful Sedona, AZ. A three day lecture series, ran from August 3rd -5th, 2012 in Sedona. I was one of 11 speakers this year. A wonderful experience and venue. The lectures/talks were all so interesting and informative. The lecture series was held at the Sedona Performing Arts facility with incredible views of the red rocks. It was truly an international and national event in that some of the presenters and attendees traveled from Colombia, France and as well as across the United States. Well worth attending next year. This will be an annual event in Sedona, AZ. The red rock backdrop is so breathtaking. To have a hummingbird festival in these surroundings is the best of both worlds.
